1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping. If free shipping was applied, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Return Address: Approved returns must be sent directly to the designated Ezoria return warehouse.
3. Refund Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one opened product per order is eligible for a refund. Additional opened products are not eligible.
